Tell us about yourself.
I founded and run a successful Investor Relations and Capital Markets Consulting firm. We now have a team of 9 professionals and work with 25 companies on a regular basis and another 30 on an occasional basis.
What do you consider as your biggest achievement?
My entire firm is women only. It was not intentional but the best candidates and hires have continued to be women.
What advice would you give to your 18-year-old self?
Do not waste your time on things that don’t matter.
How do you stay productive and be your best self at work?
I am on the phone a lot during the day so switching locations and going for walking calls helps me stay focused and interested in the conversations.
What’s your top mental health tip for when the going gets tough?
Work out every single day. It keeps your body healthy and your stress levels manageable.
What are your top health hacks?
Workout in the morning before phone calls and emails start coming in. Go to bed early too.
How do you ensure your personal and/or family’s financial wellness?
I save and invest carefully and adjust my risk levels according to market conditions.
What’s your favorite fun activity?
Hanging out with good friends laughing at stuff.
Who are your female role models and why?
Serena Williams, Beryl Markham, Dolly Parton.
