What advice would you give to your 18-year-old self?
Don’t let others imprint on you their own limiting beliefs.
How do you stay productive and be your best self at work?
Tapping meditation breaks.
What’s your top mental health tip for when the going gets tough?
Dedicate as much resources as you can to your mental health. For me it means having routines and time to do yoga, work out, walk outside, massage, homeopathy, tons of tapping meditation, visualization…and almost no alcohol, nor social media.
What are your top health hacks?
I work out in front of videos I want to watch or with podcasts I want to listen to.
How do you ensure your personal and/or family’s financial wellness?
Careful monitoring, automating savings.
What’s your favorite fun activity?
Watching a great French comedy such as “Je ne suis pas un homme facile” / “I am not an easy man”
Who are your female role models and why?
Oprah, Michelle Obama and Christine Lagarde.
