Tell us about yourself.
I’m the Director of Marketing at Breathe Life. I spend my days helping to make Breathe Life a household brand in the life insurance space and support our Client Office team in achieving their goals.
What do you consider as your biggest achievement?
I would say my biggest achievement to date was becoming the Campus Director of Notman House, Montreal’s Tech Hub, before I hit 30 years old.
What advice would you give to your 18-year-old self?
Life isn’t all about your career, take the time to enjoy yourself, travel the world, live in other countries, the career will always come.
How do you stay productive and be your best self at work?
I love being busy, it’s always when I have less going on that I start to be less productive, so I always make sure I’m working on a lot of projects.
What’s your top mental health tip for when the going gets tough?
Exercise, eat well, and get lots of sleep. Whenever I’m stressed at work, I’ll go on a run and my mood and ability to think through problems will be instantly improved!
What are your top health hacks?
Personally, I thrive off of challenges. For example, I set myself a monthly running challenge and basically compete with myself!
What’s your favorite fun activity?
Who else in your network should we highlight and why?
Rowena Roy, Senior Director of Sales @ Breathe Life. Because she’s amazing!! She is an absolute killer in sales, and an amazing human.
