I’m a Product Designer for Optimity, a mobile health app that gives people the motivation and education they need to live healthier.
What advice would you give to your 18-year-old self?
Learn how to drive, focus on what you find fulfilling, and try to get comfortable with public speaking before you enter the workforce.
How do you stay productive and be your best self at work?
Time boxing! And I find that I’m most focused first thing in the morning, so I use that time to ideate and plan my day.
What’s your top mental health tip for when the going gets tough?
Running, reading, playing with my cat, and deactivating my social media accounts.
What are your top health hacks?
Drink lots of water.
How do you ensure your personal and/or family’s financial wellness?
Save what you can when you can.
What’s your favorite fun activity?
Going to the beach, followed closely by karaoke.
