Tell us about yourself.
I’m a marketer, and I love the challenges of reaching the right people with the right message at the right time. In my spare time, I love travel, cooking (and eating), photography, hiking with my dog, and playing guitar.
What advice would you give to your 18-year-old self?
Work hard, but always strive for balance. Make time to travel, read, learn, write, eat, and enjoy every experience.
How do you stay productive and be your best self at work?
Taking time for self-care and restorative activities that create balance.
What’s your top mental health tip for when the going gets tough?
Making sure I take time to do restorative things; going for a hike, doing a crossword puzzle, or playing guitar are all things that help me to be more focused and productive.
What are your top health hacks?
I find that if I make sure I get enough sleep (on a regular schedule) I also tend to eat better and stick with my exercise routine.
What’s your favorite fun activity?
Exploring a new area and finding new and interesting things to eat.
